Took a week off the bike and am now ready to go starting tomorrow.My legs felt trashed last weekend and it was not fun.So hopfully i needed some rest and tomorrow will be a good day.I have a long mtb ride then up to Truckee for a long roade ride with Norma Jean,stay tuned.
